Image copyright and license

This page sets out the rights that apply to images, brand assets, and other visual materials published on medentic.org, together with the conditions for their use.

Effective from: June 6, 2024Last updated: March 14, 2026

1. Ownership

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the images, graphics, illustrations, logos, brand assets, visual compositions, and other published visual materials on medentic.org are owned by Medentic LLC or used on a valid legal basis.

2. Limited right to view

Visitors may view those materials only as part of ordinary use of the website for personal, informational, or normal business purposes.

This does not grant you the right to:

  • copy or archive images beyond normal browser caching;
  • use images in presentations, publications, advertising, websites, or social profiles;
  • remove markings, crop, modify, or adapt visual materials;
  • use the images to train, validate, or fine-tune AI/ML models;
  • present visual materials from the website as your own or as freely reusable.

3. Press kit and press page exception

An exception applies to files that Medentic explicitly makes available through its public press kit or on the website press page for media use.

Those specific files may be used without prior written consent only for:

  • editorial coverage;
  • journalistic reference;
  • factual discussion of Medentic, its products, services, or public announcements.

This exception does not authorize:

  • use that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval by Medentic where none exists;
  • use in advertising, paid promotion, merchandise, product packaging, or brand identity of third parties;
  • material alteration of logos, marks, or brand elements beyond ordinary resizing or layout adjustments required for editorial formatting;
  • use of assets not explicitly provided as part of the press kit or press page materials.

4. Third-party materials

Some images, logos, or visual materials may belong to clients, partners, media outlets, or other third parties. In those cases, the relevant rights remain with their rights holders, and publication on the website does not transfer any rights to visitors.

5. Permission requests

If you wish to use a specific image, logo, or other visual material from the website, you must first obtain written permission from Medentic or from the relevant rights holder.

Requests may be sent to hi@medentic.org.

6. Infringement notices

If you believe a visual material is being used improperly, infringes rights, or requires clarification, you may contact us at hi@medentic.org.
